Donations

The County of Bastrop has designated the Bastrop Christian Ministerial Alliance, working with the Smithville Ministerial Alliance, the official  agency to accept, coordinate and distribute all disaster relief donations.  Unlike donations made elsewhere, 100% of your donation through BCMA goes to people in Bastrop County.

How You Can Help - FINANCIAL SUPPORT

For a family who lost everything in Texas' worst wildfire, no gift helps more than funds to start rebuilding their lives. Financial donations can be given:
  - at the county Emergency Operations Center in Bastrop Convention Center, 1408 Chestnut St., Bastrop, TX 78602
  - by mail to: BCMA, PO BOX 876, Bastrop, TX 78602
  - directly online by clicking the donate button below.

How You Can Help - GOODS & SERVICES

There is currently a need for individuals to aid in the movement of previously donated goods between warehouses.  Those with access to 12 foot or greater moving trucks as well as 18-wheelers who wish to donate their services are asked to contact 214-907-6809.

The people of Bastrop County appreciate your donation of materials, resources and services! Ample materials and food donations have been received, thanks, in part, to the generosity of the many citizens around the county and state. As such, no further acceptance of material donations will be processed until the supply of current materials has been depleted. Again, the need for monetary donations is great and if you can give, it is appreciated. Thank you.
